The structure of the new 8.50 m long boat, produced in the shipyard ZL RIBS, is based on the innovative HFD hull and the design has been carefully studied, in order to improve all the aspects concerning dryness, trim, performances, comfort during navigation and, last but not least, aerodynamical resistance, which is always neglected in the inflatable boats category. The structure has been analyzed by means of FEA simulation softwares, in order to guarantee a remarkably lightweight and at the same time considerably sturdy construction.

The shipyard could exploit the newest, computer aided rapid prototyping technologies in order to produce the mould, and a skilled labour realized the construction, whose quality is excellent. Such a work has been proved by the test at sea. The boat reaches a speed of 55 knots with two 250 hp engines in a few seconds and guarantees a totally comfortable navigation, allowing to “sail on rail”. The layout of the deck is entirely customizable.
